Who says you can’t have dinner on the table within 20 minutes? Sure you can just make a pile of sandwiches and let the family fend for themselves, but why not go the extra mile and put together a real meal.

Like this spaghetti dish that’s done in 15 minutes with 5 minutes to spare!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add in the dry spaghetti and allow to boil for about 8 minutes or until the pasta is cooked through.
  2. While the spaghetti cooks, prepare the FunGuy mushrooms and garlic.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan over medium high heat. Add in the garlic and allow to cook 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Add in the mushrooms and cook 5-6 minutes or until browned.
  4. Once the spaghetti has cooked through, drain it of excess water. Immediately add the pasta to the mushrooms and garlic while still wet.
  5. Stir the spaghetti in with the mushrooms and garlic until well combined and the liquid in the pan coats the pasta. Season the pasta with basil, salt and black pepper.
  6. Break up the oregano flowers over the spaghetti and serve immediately.

Have a Fun meal!
