• INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb. Udon noodles
  • 1 cup sliced Fun Guy white button mushrooms
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • ½ cup chopped scallions
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, diced into ½" pieces
  • 1 cup sweet soy glaze (Kikkoman)
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned rice wine vinegar

What do you call a fake noodle? An impasta!

These yummy noodles with a caramelized soy glaze are worth slurping. Dotted with FunGuy white button mushrooms, fresh veggies and sautéed chicken – their garlicky goodness will leave your family begging for seconds.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook noodles in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Place a large sauté pan over high heat. Heat canola and sesame oil and add mushrooms and garlic.
  3. Sauté until golden brown. Add chicken, carrots, broccoli, scallions and cook 5-8 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add sweet soy, sriracha, vinegar and noodles to pan.
  5. Cook until noodles are lightly brown and caramelized. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
