DIRECTIONS:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta to the pot and allow it to cook for about 8 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a saute pan over medium high heat. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute. Add the FunGuy mushrooms to the pan and cook 3-4 minutes. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp just start to curl and turn lightly pink.
  3. Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and shrimp in the pan and stir so that it can soak up any of the oil in the pan. Pour the milk in and stir as it cooks and starts to thicken. Add the peas and stir again to combine. Allow it to cook another 2-4 minutes or until the sauce has become thick and creamy. Turn off the heat and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Add the pasta to the pan and stir again to coat the pasta with the sauce and to evenly distribute the mushrooms, shrimp, and peas through out.
  5. Serve immediately.

Have a Fun meal!
