• Ingredients:
  • 10 oz package of FunGuy Mushroom Stuffers
  • 1 cooked boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup hot sauce of your choice
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ tablespoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Spice up your party table with a plateful of FunGuy Stuffers! Not just any stuffers, but spicy buffalo chicken stuffers that if left on their own, will make everyone work up a sweat with just a bite.

Luckily we’ve included a creamy blue cheese dressing to drizzle on top to tame that spice so no one will know when your guests can’t take the heat!

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush off any debris from the FunGuy mushrooms with a damp cloth. Pop out the stem using your thumb and mince them on a cutting board. Lay the mushroom caps on the prepared baking tray hole side up.
  3. Lay the cooked chicken breast on a cutting board and shred it using two forks. Put the chicken into a bowl with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and hot sauce and mix well to coat the chicken.
  4. Spoon the chicken into each mushroom cap and put the baking tray into the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and wrinkled a bit on the outside.
  5. While the mushrooms cook prepare the blue cheese dressing.
  6. In a bowl whisk together the blue cheese, minced garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Taste and add salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and drizzle the blue cheese dressing on each.
  8. Serve immediately!
