• Ingredients:
  • 10oz packages of FunGuy Mushroom Stuffers
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded aged cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

‘Tis the season for merry making and holiday parties, and you know what that means, right? It’s time for more FunGuy stuffers!

This recipe is intended for the turophiles at the party as it contains three types cheese; cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and freshly grated Parmesan to top it all off.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush off any debris from the FunGuy mushrooms with a damp cloth. Pop out the stem using your thumb and discard. Place the mushroom caps, hole side up, on the prepared baking sheet. 
  3. In a bowl mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, paprika, parsley flakes, and black pepper together. Taste and add salt if necessary. Spoon the cheese mixture into each mushroom cap. 
  4. Bake the mushrooms in the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the cheese has browned a bit on top. Remove the stuffed mushrooms from the oven and sprinkle each with the Parmesan cheese on top. Let the mushrooms cool a minute or two before serving!
